Hi Priscila we are sorry to hear your experience. Im assuming you are the lady who came and asking for a strapless. As the door is always locked and someone needs to come open the door its very hard for them not to greet you. The employee that was there was my mother we have never had a bad review from her she is always praised of how sweet and attentive she is. You probably didnt see she was attending two ladies in the dressing room. Please come back and let us give you the 5 star experience we always give!

When I walked in the employee didnt even acknowledge me & did not greet me, she was at the front counter with no other customer in front of her, she didnt even ask how she could help me. I was the one to greet her and tell her what I was looking for & she told me to wait as a customer came from the back, I waited & waited until I got very annoyed & left. Very bad customer service

Ive used fajas in the past but they always itch these are so comfortable and dont make me itch! Being a bigger girl its uncomfortable to ask these types of businesses for help but these girls are sweet! Love their payment plans

Chicas tengan mucho cuidado si se van a comprar faja y si se la miden ahi, porque segun ellas te toman fotos para enseñarte el antes y el despues y lo que hacer esque sacan video y lo suben a tiktok sin pedir permiso ni siquiera te das cuenta. De verdad es ridiculo que su promocion la hagan sin el consetimiento del cliente
